The Pool Of Reflection: Releasing The Ego’s Spell

This guided meditation draws on the myth of Narcissus to explore how we unknowingly become attached to our own self-image, roles, and ego identities. Through visualization and gentle shadow work inspired by the teachings of Carl Jung, you’ll be guided to “look into the pool” of your own reflection and recognize the parts of yourself you may be unconsciously clinging to. With compassion and awareness, you’ll begin to see beneath the surface - meeting the fears and longings that shape your identity. This meditation supports releasing the spell of self-attachment so you can step forward with greater freedom, wholeness, and authenticity.
