What does all parts welcome mean?
Inspired by IFS and energy work, "All Parts Welcome" invites every part of you to be present without judgment. It’s a chance to hold space for each of your experiences—your joys, fears, questions, and curiosities—in an environment of acceptance and non-judgment.
You’re welcome to come as you are and simply be.

These sessions are offered at no cost to provide a space of healing and support. For now, we meet once a month to keep the experience consistent and sustainable.

No experience is needed. This space is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just beginning.

Currently, sessions are live only to honor the privacy and energy of those who attend.

Sharing is optional. You’re welcome to simply listen and absorb the energy of the group.

You’ll receive a Zoom link upon registration to join the live session.
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you feel at ease.
You may want to have a journal, blanket, or candle nearby to create a cozy, intentional space.
